Consolidated Laundry Machinery is perhaps best known as the manufacturer of the Consolidated Dryer. Developments such as the MicroCommand microprocessor, patented Plastic Release, revolving door design, and built–on stainless steel lint collection system will be on show.

Recent additions to be displayed will include the Low NOx burner system, state-of-the-art gas train components, and the forthcoming third generation dryer controls.

Also on show is CLM’s Model MTR-1 automatic mat rolling machine, which is designed for continuous, uninterrupted production. The operator places the leading edge of a mat onto the feed belt and the MTR-1 automatically rolls mats and drops them into a waiting cart below the machine with no need for double handling. The wider MTR–2 is capable of handling mats up to 5feet in width.

CLM will also be demonstrating its Model SPF-1 towel folder, capable of folding towels at speeds in excess of 2,500 per hour, and its NapkinFaster 5-lane vacuum flatwork feeder.
