Ian established The Kleaning Ark in 1976 and, over the years, it has grown into a high quality drycleaning and laundry business with five outlets.
I first met Ian in the early 1980s when he attended a course at the FCRA. He was a very competent cleaner with highly developed practical and technical skills. Dedicated to his business, he would never rest until he had resolved a problem.
Married for 26 years, Ian leaves his wife Moira, who is continuing to run the business, and daughters Kati and Kelly.
