Miele Professional has launched a training programme to support dealers in its professional partners programme.
The training covers areas such as sales, products, service, PR and rental. The courses are provided both by Miele staff and professional organisations with expertise in niche area. Dealers will also be able to access elements of the training package online, where they can book training, find information on courses and find more about the Professional partners programme.
