Hoffman/New Yorker has designed finishing equipment that addresses the problems of unskilled labour and labour shortages, both of which are a constant worry for drycleaners.

A combination of simple design and automation turns the normal finishing station into a profit centre and the company has concentrated on developing equipment which deskills the finishing operation so that new employees can be trained very quickly.

The equipment will be demonstrated on the stand alongside models from the company’s established range.

Visitors to the stand will be able to see a full range of drycleaning equipment including drycleaning machines using any of the solvents available today, three garment finishing stations and a shirt pressing equipment.

Hoffman representatives will be on hand to answer questions on the company’s full range as well as on the models on show.
