The Accu-Touch control can be retrofitted to any type of processing machinery and its PLC interface allows unlimited input/output capability. The Accu-MMI computerized plant automation network controls, monitors and analyses all plant operations from a central computer. It monitors machine status in real time and generates full reports including trend analysis.
The patented Accuchem system provides accurate dispensing for any concentrated liquid chemical. The system can be configured so that a single unit dispenses up to 16 chemicals to ten washers and automatic flushing after each injection keeps the common delivery line full of water rather than chemicals. Continuous monitoring guarantees accurate delivery.
The Accupure system delivers water that can be reused in any point of a process application and can be integrated into current plant waste treatment.
