The board of Sketchley Plc has announced that the resolution to approve the disposal of Sketchley Retail to the Minit Group for £1.23 million was duly passed unanimously on a show of hands at an extraordinary meeting last month.
On the passing of the resolution, John Jackson, former director of Sketchley Plc, left the company.
