Miele Professional, a premium brand in the manufacture of commercial laundry systems and solutions, is currently promoting its extensive range of laundry care machines, from 5 kg to 32 kg capacities, and its compatible tumble dryers.
In particular, Miele is highlighting its ‘Little Giants’—washer-extractors and tumble dryers—which are ideal for use in guest houses, restaurants, small hotels or as batch machines in larger establishments.
Additionally and new to Miele’s compact class is its 7.5kg machine, which is said to be ideal for use in small and medium sized hotels, pubs and guest houses.
The combination, says Malcolm Martin, product manager for Miele Professional, of the WS5073 washer-extractor and the T6185 gas or electrically-heated tumble dryer make an ideal partnership for day-in day-out processing of laundry. Both machines can be programmed to suit individual needs, and are economical in their use of water, energy and detegent.
In addition, for establishments where hygiene considerations are all-important, the 7.5 kg capacity machines include a sluice programme option, conforming to NHS Executive Health Service HSG guidelines (95) 18.
The WS5073 washer-extractor features: single switch operation with a choice of 13 wash programmes on Miele’s solid state Multitronic control system; scoop and ladle water technology for low running costs; a frequency modulated drive motor for a maintenance free life; a 1200 rpm final spin speed to reduce drying times; and the option of the sluice programme, especially important for use in healthcare environments.
